Ingredients
180 g | chicken, cooked and diced |
2 medium | carrots, cleaned and diced |
2 stalks | celery, finely chopped |
3 | spring onions, finely chopped |
180 g | mushrooms, thinly sliced |
50 g | noodles |
1 ½ liter(s) | chicken stock |
1 tsp | salt |
½ tsp | pepper, grounded |
Instructions
Fill chicken stock into a large sauce pan and bring to the boil.
Add the carrots, spring onions, salt and pepper and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Stir in the mushrooms and noodles.
Add the chicken and simmer a further 10 minutes.
