Crunchy batter fish recipe details
Ingredients1. 2 lb white fish or any fish you like
2. 1 cup Milk
3. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
4. 2 cups Pancake Mix
5. 1 Egg white
6. Salt to taste
7. Pepper to taste
8. Cooking Oil
9. Corn flour (for dusting)
Method of preparation
1. Take a large bowl. Put pancake mix, lemon juice, one egg white, salt and pepper in it, mix these well. Add milk to get the consistency you need for the batter.
2. Now cut the fish into medium sized slices. Dip these slices in the batter. Shake off the excess batter and dust these with corn flour. Deep fry in cooking oil. Serve hot.
