Ingredients
2 medium | eggs |
30 g | sugar |
500 ml | milk |
1 tsp | vanilla |
Instructions
In medium bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until well blended.In a small saucepan, heat simmer milk over low heat. Gradually whisk beaten eggs into the hot milk and continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Then stir in vanilla and refrigerate, covered, for about 4 hours.
