Creamy scrambled eggs recipe details
- Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- One 3-ounce package cream cheese with chives (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- chopped parsley (if desired)
In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper until just combined. Melt butter in a large skillet over low heat. Pour in egg mixture. Cook over low heat. As eggs begin to set on bottom, gently lift cooked portion with spatula, letting uncooked portion flow to bottom of pan. Drop cream cheese cubes on top of eggs. Cook until eggs are no longer runny and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
Cream cheese and chives add enjoyable flavor and color.
