5 slice(s) | cooked ham, diced |
20 g | butter |
150 g | frozen peas |
150 ml | veal stock |
250 g | single cream |
1 tbsp | corn starch |
salt and pepper | |
1 sprig(s) | mint, chopped leaves |
Instructions
In a pan melt the butter. Sauté the onion until lucent. Add the cream and stock and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add ham, peas and mint and bring to the boil again.Combine the cornstarch with a dash of water. Add to the sauce and cook for another minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with pasta.
