Ingredients

1 kg rhubarb, peeled and sliced
6 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp water
350 ml vanilla sauce

Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the rhubarb and the sugar. Cover and cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes.

Mix together the cornflour and the water. Pour the cornflour mixture into the rhubarb. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Allow to chill before serving.

Serve with vanilla sauce.
