Creamy rhubarb compote recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | rhubarb, peeled and sliced |
6 tbsp | sugar |
2 tbsp | cornflour |
2 tbsp | water |
350 ml | vanilla sauce |
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the rhubarb and the sugar. Cover and cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes.Mix together the cornflour and the water. Pour the cornflour mixture into the rhubarb. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Allow to chill before serving.
Serve with vanilla sauce.
