Ingredients
Serves: 4- 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 8 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil grate. Brush salmon with 3 tablespoons oil and sprinkle with rosemary.
2. Set salmon on the grill, skin side down, and close lid. Cook for about 10 to 12 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
