Creamy fudge recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | chocolate chips |
60 g | butter |
400 ml | condensed milk |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
100 g | powdered sugar |
mini marshmallows | |
shredded coconut | |
wax paper |
Instructions
Combine chocolate chips and butter in microwave safe dish and microwave until smooth. Alternatively use double boiler to melt chocolate.Pour chocolate into a pan, add butter, condensed milk, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Add enough marshmallows to make the mixture lumpy.
Lay out wax paper and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Pour fudge mixture onto the center of the wax paper and pull the paper around the fudge together to shape the form of a log.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours and then cut into pieces to serve.
