Creamed parsnip recipe details
Ingredients
900 g | parsnip, peeled, chopped |
150 ml | single cream |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish |
Instructions
Cook the parsnips in boiling salted water for 35-40 minutes, until tender.Drain and return to the pan. Using a potato masher or blender, mash the parsnip.
Stir in the cream and season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley.
