Creamed chipped beef recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 3 packages of chipped beef, diced
- 1 can of corned beef, crumbled
- 2-1/2 cups light cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- Two 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, cubed
Melt butter. While the butter is melting, stir in the flour. When mixture is creamy, add the chipped beef. Continue to stir. When beef is nice and light brown, add the milk, cream, cream cheese cubes, and the corned beef. Cook slowly over low heat, stirring frequently.
