Cream of Asparagus Soup with Salmon recipe

|1 kg||asparagus, woody ends removed, sliced|
|4 slice(s)||smoked salmon, diced|
|salt and pepper|
|4||potatoes, peeled and quartered|
|6 tbsp||crème fraîche|
|2 tbsp||lemon juice|
|2 tbsp||parsley, chopped|
In a saucepan, cover the asparagus with the water, add butter, sugar, potatoes and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Puree the soup. Stir in the crème fraîche and reheat. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve sprinkled with parsley and garnished with salmon.
