Cream Gravy recipe
Ingredients
4 tbsp | drippings |
3 tbsp | flour |
500 ml | milk |
60 ml | double cream |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Pour all drippings from skillet into a small bowl. Take out 4 tablespoons and pour into another pan.
Stir in flour until well blended and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Gradually add milk and cream. Bring to a boil and keep stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
