Cranberry sherbet recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen whole cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 egg whites
Combine water and cranberries and boil gently for 10 minutes. Strain and discard pulp. Add sugar and orange juice to hot liquid. When cool, pour mixture into container and freeze. Remove from freezer and beat in the egg whites until mixture is uniform pink. Refreeze mixture.
