Ingredients
200 g | flour, gluten free |
1 tsp | salt |
60 g | butter |
½ tsp | baking soda |
120 ml | sour milk |
1 medium | egg |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Sift the flour, salt and baking soda into a bowl. Add butter, milk and egg and mix well to make a stiff dough. Knead thoroughly, and roll the dough very thin.
Cut into rounds and place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Prick with a fork and then bake for 10 minutes.
