Crab stuffed mushrooms recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | mushrooms |
250 g | crab meat, drained |
5 | green onions, finely chopped |
¼ tsp | thyme |
¼ tsp | oregano |
¼ tsp | savory |
60 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
60 ml | mayonnaise |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
paprika powder, for sprinkling |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.Combine crab meat, green onions, herbs, salt and pepper. Mix in mayonnaise and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss well.
Remove stems from mushrooms. Spoon out the gills and discard.
Fill the mushroom caps with teaspoonfuls of the mixed filling, and place them in a baking dish. Sprinkle tops with remaining Parmesan and paprika.
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
