Crab scramble recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter
- 14 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large package cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cans drained crab meat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Tablespoon dill
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Beat eggs and milk together. Add cream cheese and crab meat and pour into casserole dish with melted butter. Sprinkle with dill. Can refrigerate overnight. Recipe can be halved. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Goes well with bacon or sausage and popovers.
