Courgette chips recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | courgettes, cleaned, trimmed and cut into 0,5cm slices |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tsp | salt |
2 | red hot chilli peppers, finely chopped |
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix lemon juice with salt, chilli and oil. Leave to steep for ½ an hour. Strain into another bowl.Spread the courgette slices either on a lined baking tray or onto the drying trays of a food dehydrator. Brush each slice with the lemon mixture.
Dry in the oven at 60°C until dehydrated and crispy, about 7 hours. In the food dehydrator leave them overnight on medium.
Nice and healthy to nibble!
