- Ingredients
- Two 8-inch frozen pie crusts (my substitute to save time)
- 1 pound small-curd cottage cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Nutmeg to sprinkle

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine the cottage cheese, milk, and eggs in a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Divide evenly between pie crusts and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes more or until firm.
