Ingredients
30 g | coriander leaves |
70 g | peanuts, roasted |
75 ml | peanut oil |
1 large | green hot chili pepper, chopped |
1 ½ tbsp | lime juice |
1 tbsp | freshly grated ginger |
1 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
Instructions
Put coriander with nuts, chilli, lime juice, ginger and garlic in a blender and process until smooth, adding the oil in a thin stream.Spoon into a sterilised jar and seal. Stores in the fridge for approximately 2 weeks.
