Cookies and Cream Ice Cream recipe
|600 ml||whipping cream|
|400 ml||sweetened condensed milk|
|150 g||chocolate biscuits|
Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Pour in the condensed milk and whip. The consistency should be thick and smooth, but holds in shape slightly. Place the chocolate biscuits in a ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin into rough pieces. Fold the biscuits into the cream mixture. Place the mixture in the freezer for 3-4 hours and serve.
You can put just about anything into this ice cream. Instead of chocolate biscuits (I use Oreo biscuits), you can add berries, chopped chocolate or just leave out the biscuits and add some food colouring!
