This recipe was invented by my dad and perfected by me. It is basically scrambled eggs, but with a slight twist. Serve with rice or toast.

Ingredients
Serves: 2- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Original Coffee Mate(R)
- 1 teaspoon butter, or as needed
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk until evenly blended. Whisk in soy sauce and Coffee Mate.
2. Melt some butter in a pan and coat the bottom with it. Slowly pour in the egg mixture. Using a spatula, push small amounts of egg towards the center and flip. Repeat until eggs are set.
