Colourful greek pan recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | fresh green beans, trimmed |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 tbsp | oil |
500 g | minced meat, beef or lamb |
paprika powder | |
1 can(s) | tomatoes |
1 tbsp | savory leaves, |
150 g | black olives |
150 g | Feta cheese, crumbled |
1 glass(es) | dry red wine |
Instructions
Cook the beans in salted water for 8-10 minutes, then drain.In a large pan, heat the oil. Fry the onions with the minced meat until the meat is browned and crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add a glass of red wine, a splash of water, the savory and the tomatoes and cook, stirring frequently, for 15 minutes.
Add the olives and the beans and cook for another minute. Fold in the Feta cheese and serve.
