Ingredients
hot water (2 tbsp) 10 grams / 0.25 oz package unflavored gelatin (or you can also use agar) freshly brewed coffee (1-2 cups) white sugar (grained, 3 tablespoons)Directions
Use a bowl and mix water with gelatin until all gelatin dissolves.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan.
Add sugar and freshly brewed coffee to the mixture. Increase the heat and bring mixture to a boil.
Pour coffee mixture into a baking dish of appropriate size. Put to refrigerator for 4-6 hours or until the substance is soldified.
Cut the jelly to cubes or any other shape you like and serve it in a glass. You can add the cubes to chocolate milk or ice cream. Basically the cubes will give flavour to any drink you add it too and will twist the taste (in a good way).
