Coffee icing recipe details
Ingredients
120 g | icing sugar, sifted |
1 tsp | instant coffee powder |
10 g | unsalted butter, softenend |
2 tbsp | water |
Instructions
Combine the icing sugar, coffee powder and butter. Add 2 tablespoons of water to form a firm paste in a small bowl.Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until smoothy. Remove from the heat.
