Coffee ice cream soda recipe details
Ingredients
| 500 ml | strong hot coffee or espresso |
| 1 tbsp | sugar |
| 8 scoop(s) | coffe ice cream |
| 120 ml | half cream |
| 180 ml | soda |
| whipped cream, for garnish | |
| chocolate curls or cocoa powder, for garnish |
Instructions
Combine the coffee, sugar and half cream. Stir.Fill 4 glasses halfway with the coffee mixture, add 2 scoops of ice cream and then fill the glasses with soda.
Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate curls or cocoa.
