Coconut waffles recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | all-purpose flour |
4 tbsp | baking powder |
80 g | shredded coconut |
2 medium | eggs, beaten |
2 tsp | granulated sugar |
400 ml | milk |
4 tsp | shortening, melted |
5 tsp | salt |
Instructions
Mix together flour, shredded coconut, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add milk, beaten eggs and melted shortening and beat well.Using a heated waffle iron (well-greased) cook until golden brown.
