Coconut Prawn Noodles recipe
Ingredients
400 g | Thai noodles |
4 tbsp | green curry paste |
1 tbsp | vegetable oil |
300 g | bell pepper, seeded, chopped |
250 g | prawns, peeled |
100 ml | coconut cream |
Instructions
Cook the noodles until soft. Drain and set aside.
In a large wok, heat the green curry paste in the oil. Add the bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the prawns and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add the coconut cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Place noodles back in the wok and mix well.
