Ingredients
150 g | coconut flakes |
3 | eggs, whites only |
100 g | sugar |
1 pinch(es) | cinnamon |
round baking wafers |
Instructions
Scatter coconut flakes on a baking tray. Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place in oven until lightly brown. Let cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff, stir in sugar and cinnamon. Fold in cooled coconut flakes. Brush on baking wafers.
Preheat oven to 150°C. Bake for 20 minutes.
