Ingredients
50 g | peanuts, toasted |
200 ml | coconut milk |
1 small | onion, chopped |
1 tbsp | light soy sauce |
3 tbsp | peanut oil |
1 tsp | ground cumin |
1 tsp | turmeric powder |
¼ tsp | cinnamon powder |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | Demerara sugar |
Instructions
In a blender combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Transfer the paste into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.Best served with beef, lamb or chicken skewers.
