Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
3 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | curry powder |
2 medium | tomatoes, chopped |
2 medium | potatoes, diced |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
coconut, shredded |
Instructions
Cook onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add beef and cook until browned.Stir in curry powder, salt, pepper, tomatoes and potatoes; cover. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle beef with coconut and serve with rice.
