Ingredients
400 ml | condensed milk |
300 g | coconut, grated |
Instructions
Place 50g of the grated coconut in a bowl and set aside.Combine the remaining coconut with the condensed milk and cook over low heat. Gently mix until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
Roll into small balls with greased hands. Coat the balls in the coconut flakes set aside to set. Serve.
