Coconut and mango cream recipe details
Ingredients
2 | ripe mango |
½ | lime |
200 ml | coconut milk |
50 g | crème fraîche |
3 tbsp | cane sugar |
Instructions
Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the stones and roughly dice the flesh. Place in a bowl. Squeeze the lime juice into the bowl and add the coconut milk, the Crème fraîche and the sugar. Purée with a hand blender until smooth.Fill the cream into dessert bowls and leave to stand in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
