|535 g||dry milk powder|
|270 g||confectioner’s sugar, sifted|
|75 g||powdered creamer|
|65 g||unsweetened cocoa powder|
In a large mixing bowl combine milk powder, confectioner’s sugar, cocoa powder, and creamer. Stir until all ingredients are combined well.
Store cocoa mixture in an airtight container.
For 1 serving, place 17g cocoa mixture in a coffee cup or mug, and add 170 ml boiling water. Stir to dissolve. If desired top with marhmallows or whipped cream.
