Cinnamon pudding recipe details
Ingredients
50 g | rice flour |
1 | egg yolk |
500 ml | milk |
130 g | sugar |
2 tsp | cinnamon powder |
1 pinch(es) | cardamom |
Instructions
Mix the rice flour with 150ml of milk. Whisk in the egg yolk.Bring the remaining milk together with 100g sugar, cardamom and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon powder to a boil. Reduce the heat and slowly stir in the rice flour mixture. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Keep stirring until thickened. Take from heat, remove the cinnamon stick and divide the pudding into dessert bowls.
Mix the other teaspoon of cinnamon powder with the remaining sugar and sprinkle the mixture on top. Serve lukewarm or cold.
