Cinnamon Butter: Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly with a spoon. This will keep well in fridge. (The cinnamon butter is a great spread to split on leftover biscuits. Place under oven broiler until butter begins to bubble.)
Syrup: Combine ingredients and heat through in microwave until very hot.
French Toast: Beat milk, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon with whisk. Heat butter at medium heat until it bubbles. Dip bread in batter and place in hot butter. Cook until browned on both sides, turning every minute.
Spread a generous amount of cinnamon butter on toasted bread. Pour syrup over both slices. Top with fresh fruit garnish and then powdered sugar. Serve with bacon and sausage.
Optional topping: Combine ingredients and cook through on stove. This can be frozen and is good on biscuits, toast, or muffins.
