Christmas salad recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | cucumber |
130 g | Cheddar cheese |
450 g | chestnuts, whole |
3 tbsp | French Dressing, or any other dressing of personal choice |
Instructions
Cut cucmber into small thin sticks. Shave cheese into small slices. Break up chestnuts into pieces.Add cheese, cucumber and chestnuts into a bowl with dressing. Toss well to mix.
Cover and chill 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
