Ingredients

120 g	butter, softened
100 g	brown sugar
120 ml	honey
1 medium	egg
150 g	flour
½ tsp	baking soda
½ tsp	cinnamon
½ tsp	salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Combine butter, brown sugar, honey, and egg in a medium bowl. and beat until smooth.

Stir in remaining ingredients, mix again, and drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake until set and light brown around edges, 7-9 minutes. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
