Christmas cookies recipe details
Ingredients
| 100 g | sugar |
| 5 tbsp | butter |
| 2 medium | eggs, beaten |
| 150 g | flour |
| 1 ½ tsp | baking soda |
| 1 ½ tbsp | milk |
| 300 g | candied cherries, chopped |
| 300 g | chopped dates |
| 300 g | chopped pecans |
| 300 g | candied pineapple, chopped |
| 120 ml | bourbon |
Instructions
Combine sugar, butter and eggs in a bowl and mix well. Sift flour and soda together and then add to egg mixture. Stir in milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.Preheat oven to 180°C.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until browned.
