Ingredients

100 g | sugar |
150 g | dark chocolate, chopped |
250 g | ground almonds |
2 tbsp | cherry brandy |

Instructions
Whisk the egg whites with the salt until stiff. Stir in the sugar. Melt the chocolate. Take from heat and allow to cool a bit. Fold in the beaten egg white and the almonds and stir in the brandy. Refrigerate for 2 hours.Sprinkle the working surface with sugar. Thickly roll out the dough. Cut out stars, hearts and crescents. Divide the cookies on a lined baking tray. Allow to dry for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy.
