Christmas Cheesecake Muffins recipe

|2 tbsp||butter, softened|
|400 ml||condensed milk|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|450 ml||chocolate frosting|
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tray or individual muffin tins.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch until creamy
. Gradually beat in condensed milk, egg and vanilla until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture into muffin tins or a tray and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until top is lightly browned.
Allow to cool and then spread with frosting.
