Ingredients

250 g	milk chocolate
80 ml	whipping cream
60 ml	strong coffee
100 g	sugar
90 ml	corn syrup

Instructions

In a heavy sauce pan, combine chocolate, cream, and coffee. Heat over medium heat and keep stirring until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.

Stir in sugar and syrup and bring to the boil. Keep stirring until sugar ad dissolved. Reduce heat and boil gently for about 8 minutes.

Serve warm over ice cream or semifreddo for example.

To store pour chocolate sauce into a hot sterilized jar. Store in cool, dark, dry place for up to 3 months. Once opened keep refrigerated.
