Ingredients

350 g pork, cut in thin stripes
150 g bamboo sprouts, sliced
150 g mushrooms, sliced
2  onion, sliced
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp flour
salt and pepper
2 tbsp oil
1 l chicken stock
2 tbsp white wine or rice wine
1 tbsp cornflour
3  eggs, beaten
1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, salt, pepper and flour and toss the pork in the mixture.

In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the meat and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken stock, mushrooms, bamboo sprouts and onions. Season with wine, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Mix together 2 tablespoons of water and the cornflour. Pour the mixture stirring into the soup. Stir in the egg and simmer for 2 more minutes.

Serve sprinkled with parsley.
