Chinese soup with bamboo and pork recipe details
Ingredients
350 g | pork, cut in thin stripes |
150 g | bamboo sprouts, sliced |
150 g | mushrooms, sliced |
2 | onion, sliced |
4 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tsp | flour |
salt and pepper | |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 l | chicken stock |
2 tbsp | white wine or rice wine |
1 tbsp | cornflour |
3 | eggs, beaten |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, salt, pepper and flour and toss the pork in the mixture.In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the meat and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken stock, mushrooms, bamboo sprouts and onions. Season with wine, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Mix together 2 tablespoons of water and the cornflour. Pour the mixture stirring into the soup. Stir in the egg and simmer for 2 more minutes.
Serve sprinkled with parsley.
