Instructions
Take all of the above chillis mascerate, mix in vinegar, white sugar and let stand for 3 months.Process in a blender until smoothed down to a sauce.
Put bottles into a large pot, fill with water so as that the bottles are filled with the water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Take the bottles out and fill with the sauce. Cap immediately. Leave to cool. Store in a cool place and leave until needed.
