Chili Salsa recipe
Ingredients
2 ½ kg | tomatoes, chopped |
1 kg | chili peppers, peeled, chopped |
500 g | onions, chopped |
240 ml | vinegar |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine tomatoes, peppers, onions, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large saucepan. Heat to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Fill into jars, leaving about 2 cm headspace. Close jars and process for 5 minutes in a hot water bath.
