Chili Con Queso (Cheese Dip) recipe
- 1 pound Velveetaprocessed cheese, cut into pieces
- One 4.5-ounce can chopped green chilis
- 4 ounces taco sauce
- 1 small onion, minced
Combine all ingredients in microwave bowl and cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir, and cook for 2 more minutes. Continue to stir and cook in 1 minute increments until cheese is completely melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
