Chile relleno de las zorras recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 whole Ortega chile
- 1 rounded Tablespoon cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salsa
- Sour cream
Butter a 4-1/2 inch Pyrexbowl. Remove seeds and membrane from chile and place in bowl. Add cheddar cheese. Beat 2 eggs as for scrambled and pour over cheese. Microwave on High for 1-1/2 minutes or more, depending on the strength of you oven. When cooked, place on serving plate (preferable warmed). Spoon a generous amount of salsa and a dollop of sour cream on top. Bon appetit!
