Chile egg puff recipe details
- Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 1 pound total: grated Jack & Cheddar cheese, 1/2 Jack & 1/2 Cheddar
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- One 4-ounce can diced chiles (more if you want it hotter)
Beat eggs until lemon colored. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into well buttered 13 inch dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until top is brown and center is smooth.
