Chicken with nectarines recipe details
Ingredients
| 4 | chicken breasts, boned |
| 4 tbsp | butter |
| 4 | nectarines, peeled, pitted, quartered |
| 2 tbsp | flour |
| 240 ml | whipping cream |
| salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Place chicken breast between two sheets of waxed paper and flatten with a rolling pin.Sauté chicken in butter until slightly browned. Add nectarines after 5 minutes of cooking and continue to cook until chicken is browned and nectarines are soft. Remove chicken and nectarines from pan and keep warm in oven.
For the sauce add flour to pan drippings and mix thoroughly. Add cream and continue to whisk over medium heat until sauce thickens. Season to taste and pour sauce over chicken and nectarines.
