Chicken Salad recipe
- 1-1/2 to 2 cups canned chicken
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve in sandwiches or with a basket of crackers.
Makes: 6 to 8 sandwiches or 1-1/2 pounds.
