Chicken noodle salad recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | noodles, cooked |
250 g | chicken breasts, cooked |
150 g | mushrooms |
soy sauce | |
2 tbsp | scallions, for garnish |
Instructions
Cook noodles, drain and place in a bowl. Add the cooked chicken and mushrooms to the bowl.Drizzle the soy sauce over all, adding just enough to moisten. Toss well to combine.
Garnish salad with scallions when serving.
